Certification Testing: Fire and Life Safety Educator

Additional Testing may be required.

• FIP - 3811 Fire/Rescue Instructor I (WTCE)

• Prerequisites:

  • High School or equivalent required;
  • Traffic Incident Management Certification (FIP 7000);
  • The NCFRC Certification Board requires that candidates must meet the prerequisite of being certified for three (3) years in either Firefighter, Technical Rescuer, Hazardous Materials Operations, or Fire and Life Safety Educator BEFORE enrolling in Fire Instructor 1.
• FIP - 3812 Fire/Rescue Instructor Level 2 (WTCE)

• Prerequisites

  • High School or equivalent required;
  • Fire / Rescue Instructor 1 Certification.

• Certification Testing: Fire and Life Safety Educator

  Additional Testing may be required.
