This certification-related Telecommunicator Course is designed to meet the training guidelines mandated by the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Education and Training Standards Commission. Trainees must successfully pass a state- administered exam as well as demonstrate competency in all skill areas in order to be eligible for certification.
