This certification-related course in helicopter transport will present to the Technical Rescuer (TR) general operating and safety guidelines when working with helicopters at emergency scenes for the protection of on- scene emergency providers, flight crews, and the civilian population. This course should be offered consistent with the most current NC Fire and Rescue Commission guidelines. Contact the Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM) for details.
