This certification-related course in horizontal systems will present the Technical Rescuer (TR) with the correct techniques for the setup, operation, and function of horizontal systems for use at a rope rescue incident. This course should be offered consistent with the most current NC Fire and Rescue Commission guidelines. Contact the Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM) for details.
