This certification-related course in victim management will offer the Technical Rescuer (TR) practical applications for correctly gaining access to stabilizing the environment, packaging and removing patients for a rope rescue incident. All the elements of anchors, fixed rope systems, lowers and raises, and high lines are employed. This course should be offered consistent with the most current NC Fire and Rescue Commission guidelines. Contact the Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM) for details.
