This course introduces metal arc welding (MIG) and gas tungsten arc (TIG) welding processes. Upon completion, students should be able to perform fillet welds on carbon steel with prescribed electrodes in the flat and horizontal positions using GMAW and GTAW equipment. This is a basic course and no experience necessary.
