This course is designed to provide training for individuals to work as a Bank Teller or customer service representatives. Emphasis is placed on MS suite and Internet Explorer, English grammar, basic math skills, functions of the banking industry, telephone skills, the teller’s responsibility in banking, daily transaction procedures, customer service, suspicious activity reports, and banking trends.
