This course covers building codes and the code inspections process used in the design and construction of residential and commercial buildings. Emphasis is placed on commercial, residential, and accessibility (ADA) building codes. Upon completion, students should be able to understand the building code inspections process and apply building code principles and requirements to construction projects.
