This course introduces the mechanics of painting. Emphasis is placed on the exploration of painting media through fundamental techniques. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate a basic understanding and application of painting. *This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA and ICAA as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.*
